Based on a real case study, the course enable students to undertake an export project and make recommendations to the partner company
A written report is submitted. Recommendations embedded in the report are discussed on the occasion of a final oral presentation.
On completion of the course, students are able to:
- Achieve an Export Diagnosis (EP) specific to the particular partner company
- Consider several scenarios related to the Export project
- Estimate some fundamental costs
- Search for sources of financial support
- Detect and classify Business Risks
- Set up tables for monitoring progress
- Suggest a planning and budgeted action
